Warehouse Relocation Services in Dallas, TX
Signing a lease on a new building is the easy part. Getting your pallet rack out of the old one and standing again in the new one is where moves slip.
We tear down, label, move, and reinstall rack and storage systems for businesses relocating across Dallas–Fort Worth, and add new rack where the new layout calls for it.
Why So Many DFW Warehouses Change Buildings
New bulk space keeps opening at the Southern Dallas County Inland Port, AllianceTexas off I-35W, and the Great Southwest Industrial District along I-20 and SH-360.
Many of those moves start in older 18–24 ft clear buildings near Stemmons, Garland, or Mesquite and end in 32–40 ft clear tilt-wall. Others head north toward Lewisville, Denton, and the Hwy 121 corridor.
Different heights, column grids, and dock layouts mean your rack rarely goes back up the way it came down. That is why the move starts with a layout.

What Our Warehouse Moving Services Cover
General warehouse movers handle freight. The experienced installation crews we schedule and manage handle the steel your freight sits on, from the first beam down to the last anchor set.
Inventory the existing rack
We record frame heights, depths, beam lengths, and capacities so nothing is guessed at the new building.
Plan the new layout
A CAD drawing for the destination building shows what reuses, what changes, and where new rack is needed.
Material and scheduling
Added frames, beams, and decking are ordered early so they arrive with the moved rack. Our team handles the permit side for you.
Teardown and labeling
Crews dismantle by row and tag every component to its new location.
Transport coordination
Steel is bundled and loaded in the order it will be rebuilt, so trucks unload where crews need them.
Reinstall and add rack
Rack goes up, is anchored and leveled, and any new frames, beams, or decking fill the gaps.

North Texas Details That Affect a Move
- Forklift reach and aisle widths in the new building decide whether existing rows can be rebuilt as-is.
- Most buildings here aren't air-conditioned; summer crews start early and staging is planned around heat.
- Spring hail and storm season can affect outdoor staging and truck schedules.
- Beam capacity is checked against the pallets you will store after the move, not just the old ones.
- Clear height in the new building decides whether taller frames or added beam levels make sense.
Choosing Among Warehouse Relocation Companies
Ask any company you are considering who designs the new layout, who supplies any added rack, and who installs. When those are three different vendors, gaps show up at the worst time.
We handle all three, plus new rack supply. If the destination building needs more positions than your old system provides, the added frames and beams are part of the same plan.
DFW's highways, BNSF and Union Pacific rail, and DFW Airport cargo keep regional distribution here busy. Downtime between buildings costs shipments, so we sequence teardown and reinstall to keep it short.
